Would you say it is recommended to get a eye exam more often if you are a professional swimmer or diver...or just in the water more often?

It's also vital to have regular check-up. This is especially true for jobs that may put pressure on the eyes like divers even welders as well.

I think regardless of the profession, it's important to have our eyes checked up yearly. It took me awhile to have mine checked up, but it's better late than never. Now I can take care of my eyes better with the foods I eat.
